We keep this short and honest. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do.
When you enrol or buy a digital product we collect your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone or WhatsApp number.
We also store an order record containing the item, amount, currency, payment status and a unique order reference.
We never see or store your card or wallet details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure pages.
We only receive a confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with the amount and currency, which we verify on our server.
To confirm your payment, give you access to the training or product you purchased, send your confirmation, and provide support.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
If analytics is enabled, we may measure anonymous, aggregated usage such as page views and button clicks so we can improve the site. No analytics scripts load when analytics is not configured.
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to hello@bighandaiacademy.com.
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and support purposes.
