Digital access is delivered instantly, so please read this before you buy.
Because training access and digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final.
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or never received access after a confirmed payment, contact us with your order reference and we will correct it or refund you in full.
If something we sold you does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we will refund that purchase.
For custom services, refunds depend on the stage of the work and are handled according to the written agreement for that project.
